When we correspond by email please note that I deal with a lot of people on a daily basis. It is impossible for me to remember every conversation about every pick guard scenario that comes across my table.

I ask that you include the entire email correspondence we have had in case I need to review. Please do not assume I will remember our conversation by email or phone. Please do not think I'm being rude if I ask you to reiterate what we have been discussing. This is especially true if a lot of time has gone by between emails.

I get people on the phone all the time who say I'm so and so, the guy with the pick guard. I'll probably always ask you to clarify. No offense.

Even if you have provided the email thread I may still ask you to briefly re describe the project as I may not have the time to weed through the thread.

I feel I provide a high level of service that most pick guard manufacturers do not. I'm always willing to work out issues or misunderstandings and I go the extra mile to get you what you want and I'm always busy for that reason.

So please be patient with me. If this style of doing things is not for you I understand.
